At Natural Kings, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. No questions asked — your satisfaction is our priority.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • In its original packaging (opened or unopened)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@naturalsblessing.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for the return (optional — helps us improve!)

We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for defective or incorrect items).

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@naturalsblessing.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
