Shashicka Tyre-Riley was diagnosed with breast cancer and watched her hair fall out during treatment. When she came out the other side, she couldn't find a single product that truly understood what her hair needed — coily, textured, 4C hair that had been through the fight of its life.

So she started formulating her own. With $750, a kitchen, and a deep understanding of what Black women's hair actually needs, she created what would become Natural Kings.

Today, over 50,000 women have used her formulas to grow back edges, restore thinning crowns, and reclaim their confidence. Her Facebook community has grown to 2.7 million followers — not because of ads, but because her story is real and her products work.
